    Please consider this note a big thank you for your efforts in selling my home in the Oak Run Shores development. Selling my home in less than one month in a very tough market was possible only because of your team effort. Linda, you must feel especially proud of how you transformed my bachelor house into a home that looked like a new model. When I look at the before and after pictures I am amazed at the improvement. You are certainly one of the best stagers and also the best shopper. Your bargain hunting skills sure were evident during our shopping days.

    Warren, I was very impressed with the DVD video you had made of my home, and the literature you guys published was totally impressive. I always felt that I had complete control if I chose to make changes or additions, but I didn’t need to.

    If I recall correctly, I signed the contract with Coldwell Banker Burnet in my office on Friday night, you put the MLS documentation together with an open house announcement on Saturday, and on Sunday you hosted an open house. I believe that the first couple who visited my home eventually ended up purchasing it. You were able to get my asking price, which was a bit of a stretch. It was all possible because of the professional work you and Linda did.

    All of this was done in less than one month. Not bad! Thanks again.
