My clients can be assured of the best possible service, quick response, constant feedback and the knowledge that I am working in their best interest.
I have been using a laptop computer since 1995. I find that it is a great tool. I take it with me when I do my market analysis. I can show the potential seller homes that may not have come up on the market analysis, but they are curious about. It is also nice to have at open houses to find other homes for buyers that meet their needs.
I have been using the company internet to market my listings. It is especially helpful in this fast moving market to let the Coldwell Banker Burnet agents know first about the new listings.
The internet is a great tool for emailing listings to buyers and sellers. As fast as homes are selling, there isn't enough time to send listings through the U S mail. Emailing is a much faster alternative.
I started with Coldwell Banker Burnet in 1988, (then Merrill Lynch Realty). I sold over 1 million dollars in real estate my first year in the business. I have been a member of panels at training sessions and at our annual meetings. I have recruited and mentored a number of agents. I am liscensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I have sold over 40 million dollars in real estate. I have been in the top 50 in listings and top 75 in sales out of the approximately 2100 agents in the company.
Since 2002 I have been a member at King of Kings Lutheran Church in Woodbury. Since joining King of Kings I have been a greeter, have
helped serve communion, been a reader, am a member of the King's Choir, and All the King's Men Choir, am Chairman of the Evangelism
Committee which spearheaded the Feed My Starving Children program at our church, and the Lights in the Park fund raiser at Phalen
Park, both in 2008.
I have been involved in 4 different "small groups", including 2 that are couples groups that I participated in with my wife Linda.
Over the years I have been involved in raising money for and have contributed to different charities including: American Cancer Society,
March of Dimes, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Ovarian Cancer Awareness, Feed My Starving Children, Union
Gospel Mission, Second Harvest Heartland, St Paul Parks Conservancy, Under Construction, Habitat for Humanity, Nehemiah Project, and
Loaves & Fishes.
I enjoy golf, basketball, tennis, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, water skiing, and U of M football and basketball, (which we have
season tickets for both.)
From 1985-2002 we attended Gethsemane Lutheran Church. I have been on the church council, school board, taught Sunday school, been on the
principal call committee, been a deacon and director, and an usher.
I have been married to my wife Linda, since 1983. She works with me as my professional stager. We have a daughter Katie born in 1990, and
I have 3 stepdaughters and 4 step grandchildren.
My motto has always been ' Putting you and your home first'. To me that means I take my fiduciary responsibility to my clients very seriously. I try to put my sellers needs and getting them the most for their home as my top priority. For my buyers, I try to match their wants and needs with a home they can purchase at a fair price, and enjoy for years to come.
I use my years of experience, since 1988, to advise both buyers and sellers how to make their buying or selling an enjoyable process that is efficient, equitable, and void of complications.
I believe in good communication, honest feedback, and an optimistic outlook on what can be accomplished.
